About Dr. Peters

Dr. Peters received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Baylor University and went on to graduate from The University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch at Houston in 1986.  Following graduation from dental school, he completed the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program in 1990 at Parkland Memorial Hospital UT Southwestern Medical Center.  He soon began private practice in Allen and later moved to Paris, Texas where he practiced as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for 24 years.

Dr. Peters’s full-time DFW Metroplex oral surgery practice serves the needs of general dentists who wish to offer their patients the unique benefit of having expert oral and maxillofacial surgery care provided within the comfort and familiarity of their home dental practice.  Dr. Peters takes pride in focusing on his patients’ safety and comfort, while ensuring that they receive personal attention, consideration for their concerns, and unsurpassed quality of surgical care from a trusted specialist.
